Ming Tai Construction Engineering Co Ltd (“Ming Tai”) was established in 1994, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Stock Code: 3789), we are a major subcontractor, specialising in providing formwork erection as well as related ancillary services in Hong Kong. The combination of our technical strength, management capabilities, innovative methodologies, and the support of our parent company with more than 10 patents, enable us to provide more safety, environmental friendly and effective solutions for our customers. Ming Tai is aspires to become a leading formwork engineering service provider in Hong Kong.
Over the past 26 years of our history, Ming Tai has successfully completed different types of construction projects of various scales and complexity. We have vast experience in erecting formwork for constructing reinforced concrete structures, such as buildings and infrastructure. Through our continuous efforts in improving and refining our workmanship and construction management, we have developed our own building construction and coding process systems, as well as an aluminium table formwork system, which are registered with patents held under our Group.
Our direct customers are main contractors of building construction and civil engineering projects while our ultimate customers are owners of the projects, which include the Government, public transport operator, theme park and resort operator, and property developers. Our representative formwork projects including New World Centre Re-modeling Project, M+ Museum at WKCD and Shatin to Central Link – Sung Wong Toi & To Kwa Wan Stations and Tunnels.
Recently, Ming Tai’s customers and peers are delighted to present our newly launched patented aluminium table formwork system. We applied this patent into two commercial building projects, one in Taikoo Place Phase 2A and the other in No 704-730 King’s Road at North Point. It brings an advantages of reducing manpower, materials and procedures for working platform. Therefore, these two projects are cost effective and environmental friendly.

We provide customised formwork solutions for our customers to meet their technical specifications and unique requirements. Our business covers formwork system design, production, conduction management to fabrication and installation. We believe that we are one of the few formwork erection subcontractors in Hong Kong that is capable of providing traditional formwork and system formwork in large-sized construction projects with design capacity (i.e. “design-and-build”), in building construction or civil engineering sectors.
